  • Cryptocurrency

    A digital internet currency secured by cryptography, used as a medium of exchange within a network of computers around the world.

  • Blockchain

    A growing database of transaction records organized in chronological order.

  • NFT

    (Non-fungible Token) A type of cryptographic token that represents a unique digital or real-world asset and isn’t interchangeable. KIRA creates collectors NFTs.

  • Wallet

    An application used to access, send and receive cryptocurrencies, and interact with the blockchain.

  • Seed Words

    Seed words (or seed phrase) is a secret collection of words that can be used to access your cryptocurrency wallet. Do not give anyone your seed words!

  • Private keys

    A secret number that is used to encrypt and decrypt sensitive data. Do not give anyone your private key!

  • MetaMask

    A wallet used to send and receive cryptocurrency and interact with the blockchain.

  • Address

    A string of text that behaves like an address in the real world. You send and receive cryptocurrency to an address.

    A pricing mechanism blockchains use to calculate transaction fees.

    A method of distributing cryptocurrency to wallet addresses for marketing purposes.

    A systematic evaluation of how safe a cryptocurrency is from technical attacks or failures.
